Acceptable use
Updated 29 September 2026
Rules that protect customers, recipients, and the shared service.
Use the service lawfully
Use GazeForm only for content, organisations, domains, and data you are authorised to manage. Do not use it for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful content, or impersonation. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authentication or quotas, overload endpoints, or interfere with service security.
Send wanted messages
Keep evidence of marketing consent, identify the sender accurately, and provide a working unsubscribe option. Do not send to scraped or purchased lists without valid recipient consent, remove suppression records to send again, or use transactional replies to evade marketing preferences. New Zealand commercial electronic messages must comply with applicable anti-spam requirements. See the Department of Internal Affairs anti-spam guidance.
Respect form and data safeguards
Keep required branding and supplied protection in your forms. Free and Basic include GazeForm branding. Do not solicit account passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary forms. Explain your collection purpose and obtain the permissions needed for uploads, AI processing, and integrations.
Operate your business responsibly
Provide accurate event, product, pricing, tax, and payment information. Confirm event bookings and catalog orders yourself, and honour your own customer commitments. Review AI-generated content before relying on it. Keep credentials and API keys private and use only verified sending domains you control.
Report suspected abuse or compromised access to support@excelin.xyz. Include relevant public URLs and a description; avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Sending or account access may be restricted while abuse or security issues are addressed.
